About the Counselor

The Division of Student Affairs is excited to sponsor The Student Support and Wellness Project, which provides comprehensive counseling services to Baltimore City Community College students. This expanded partnership with Baltimore Mental Health Services is designed to support the emotional and psychological needs of our students. 
Angela Donn, LCSW-C, who will serve as our full-time counselor in this critical support effort.  Ms. Donn is a seasoned professional psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working with families living in Baltimore. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University in New York, where her area of concentration was Children and Families.  She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, with a Minor in Art Therapy.
For the last 9 years she has worked as a school-based Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Supervisor for Universal Counseling Services, an Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse program based in Baltimore City. She also works as a Clinical Social Worker for The Children’s Guild where she provides individual therapy for adolescents and group therapy for adolescent boys living in therapeutic group homes.
