Command Spanish BCCC has become the exclusive provider of Command Spanish® in Baltimore City. Call 410-580-2757 to learn about the wide range of training options available to employers and employees. These classes are designed to help English speaking staff better interact with Spanish-speaking staff, workers,patients, and customers. Developed by Command Spanish®, Inc., the courses were created in consultation with various experts and require no prior Spanish knowledge. Based on a phonics approach, the classes focus on Spanish phrases to allow communication of essential information, direction, and explanation.
