  • Where can I find the tax forms?

    Tax forms can be found on the Payroll web page. All forms must be typed, hand-signed, and sent via mail to the address provided at the bottom of the form.

    How should I complete my tax forms?

    It is advisable to consult your tax preparer for assistance.

    When is W-2 available?

    W-2 forms are issued & mailed by the 31st of January and can be accessed on the POSC website. Here is the link: [include link].

    Where can I view my paystub?

    To access your paystub, please visit the POSC website

    The system will request the following information:

    1. Our agency number: 360300)
    2. Your social security number
    3. Payroll check number. You can retrieve the payroll check number/advice number in the top right-hand corner of a priority pay stub for up to eight weeks.

    What should I do if I want to make changes to my deductions?

    You have two options: either completely new tax forms (link provided) or make the changes directly on the POSC website.

    How can I understand the deductions being taken out of my paycheck?

    On which day do we receive our pay?

    All employees are paid on Wednesdays. Please consult the pay schedule for specific dates. Here is the link: [insert link].

    What should I do if I do not receive my payment?

    If you have not received your payment, please contact the Payroll Office via email at Payrolldept@bccc.edu. We will provide you with a form to complete. Once the form is received, Payroll will send it to Central Payroll to verify if your check has been cashed or is still active

    Note: Stop payments can only be requested starting from the Tuesday of the following week after the pay date.

    What steps should I take if I have not received my contract?

    If you have not signed a contract before your start date, please reach out to your supervisor, dean, or VP to inform them that you have yet to sign a contract.

    Where can I locate my current salary and payrate?

    You can obtain information regarding your current salary and payrate by referring to your paystub or accessing Workday [insert ink].and navigating to the compensation tab.
